The aim is to provide support to employees who are going through challenging circumstances.
This fund stands out for its participatory approach: employees themselves identify the priority needs of their colleagues and organize fundraising initiatives to address those causes. The amount raised by employees is matched by the Abel Matutes Foundation, thereby doubling the impact of each contribution.
