4 CAUSES TO TAKE ACTION
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, we always aim to involve our hotel employees in all the different social projects and activities in which we participate.
These are the employees who work diligently every day to make our guests feel completely at home, but who also live near people who may be at risk of social exclusion, or have different abilities, or be in a situation of vulnerability. In short, people for whom life has made things just a little more complicated than for the rest of us.
And people who want their children to inherit a more humane and sustainable planet.
To help bring about this transformation and ensure our team members are able to help us achieve it, we brought everything together in one major project: 4 CAUSES TO TAKE ACTION.

What is it?
Every three months, the Palladium Hotel Group hotels are involved in numerous projects together with a range of different organisations and charities.
We are involved in these activities or opportunities in different ways:
- Our team members volunteer to assist in local activities.
- We provide spaces in our hotels for the people we are supporting.
- We raise funds through donations from guests at the end of their stay.
- We provide career opportunities where possible.
What is the essence of our project?
Our "4 CAUSES TO TAKE ACTION" project is based on:
- The essential component of volunteering.
- A desire to genuinely transform society, helping support the most vulnerable members of our society.
- A focus on four social causes (one per quarter).
- Raising awareness in society of the fact that many people are not able to enjoy life as they would like.
- Partnerships with numerous NGOs that support us in every cause.
