• Oreka: Service that allows the collection and transportation of food from hotels to local NGOs.
• Too Good To Go: An app to manage surplus food.
• Training and guidance on food management from Unilever.
• Composting programmes to use waste as a fertilizer.
• Project to encourage the use of Tupperware by guests to avoid waste and encourage responsible consumption.
